"I'd heard so many great things about Ruby Pugh, a microblading specialist in Ealing Broadway, so I was excited to finally try the treatment for myself. Microblading is essentially a form of tattooing-it's a semi- permanent technique that enhances the brows with natural, hair-like strokes. I loved the idea of waking up with perfectly shaped brows every day, but I was a bit nervous about whether it would hurt. Thankfully, the numbing cream worked brilliantly-I barely felt a thing!
Ruby started with a thorough consultation, assessing my natural brow shape and explaining everything clearly, from preparation and healing to long-term care. She encouraged me to bring inspiration photos so we could create a shape I was completely happy with.
I opted for Combo Brows, which combines microblading with soft shading. Ruby first created delicate, hair-like strokes to mimic real brows, then added shading to give them a fuller, more 3D effect. The result is beautifully tidy, structured, and incredibly natural. Her attention to detail was amazing, she carefully drew in tiny hairs to make my brows look effortlessly real. The treatment took around 2 to 2.5 hours.
A touch-up is recommended after 5-8 weeks, and with proper care, my brows should last 1-3 years. While the treatment is quite expensive, it's worth it for the long- lasting, effortlessly polished look. I love that I no longer need to fill them in every morning. POLICIES
BOOKING FEE
To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required for all semi-permanent makeup & touch up treatments.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.
PATCH TEST
A Patch Test (allergy test) is mandatory, at least 48 hours before any treatments.
The Patch Test is a procedure for testing skin for any allergic reaction to the substance that used for treatments
Typically, we perform the patch test in person after your consultation. However, for clients who live far away, we offer the option to post the patch test to you for a £10 postal patch test fee.
CANCELLATION
Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
Deposit Validity
If you reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date.
After this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

During the consultation, I will explain more about microblading, the preparation procedure, potential outcome & aftercare. I will also discuss your brow goals (style, effect, shape & colour) and the treatment will be tailored according to your requirements.
Pre-Drawing your eyebrows is an important part of the treatment. It involves careful measurements, balancing and consideration of your brows and face structure to create the best shape for you.
This process take time and precision, so can only be done on the treatment day to ensure the design is perfect for you.
